Thank you for choosing MBAMockTest.in. Please review our policy regarding cancellations and refunds carefully before purchasing any mock test series.

1. Digital Goods (Non-Refundable)

Since our products consist of digital online mock tests with immediate access granted upon successful payment, all sales are final and strictly non-refundable. Once access to a mock test or test series is granted, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained under normal circumstances.

2. Duplicate Payments / Technical Errors

In the event that money is deducted from your account twice for a single order due to a payment gateway error or technical glitch, please contact us immediately at sadhana dot baidya at gmail.com with payment proof (Transaction ID/Screenshot).

Refund Resolution: Once verified, the duplicate transaction amount will be refunded automatically to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
